  • Start the project optimally with a project charter​

  • Scope the relevant process using SIPOC​​

  • Map the processes with the right level of detail: We work with process mapping techniques such as Swimlane and Activity Flowchart​

  • Challenge how your process is creating value ​

  • Focus creating value

  • Identify all types of waste and eliminate​​

  • Work with Lean Metrics in a smart way to systematically accelerate processes

  • This course is specifically about Lead Time, Throughput Time, Processing Time, and Waiting time​​

  • Understand to benefit from the concept of “WIP” - work in progress - also in indirect processes​​​

  • Estimate, achieve and measure success

 

INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

  • Simulation: Solve a practical case study with us.

  • The application training in the group will be led by an experienced trainer and consultant from oConsulting. This is about concrete case studies, this is about practice.

  • Exchange of experiences, personal feedback and initial on-the-job coaching are important to us. ​

  • You decide for one of our open training session, or we will set a date for the group training session together.​
