He is measuring all aspects of life and his favorite is kilometers, miles per hour and worn out sports shoes. In business, working with Andreas, you gain lots of new insights into an organization. A focused analytical listener he works as sparring partner, bringing in unbeatable data and fact based approaches for consideration. Combined with his long distance triathlon endurance he helps to overcome any challenge with a smile!

Karsten brings a great spirit of collegial cooperation into every environment. He loves helping others move forward with his own expertise, building on 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and almost 5 years of consulting and training at oConsulting.

Educated in computer science, deeply steeped in math, Val hit her stride when she somewhat accidentally fell into the world of process design, improvement & optimization. When not surfing the perfect wave in her spare time, she very much enjoys facilitating clients in the classroom on Operational Excellence methodologies, and derives equal enjoyment from supporting the practical application of those tools, with an eye toward pro-actively managing the impact of resulting change. On the job, she translates her rule number one “life requires a sense of humor” into her firm belief that all humans learn & function better when they are having fun!

Matthias Drecke

You can see Matthias eyes shine when he is telling about his little son and how he is learning and developing – just like Albus Dumbledore when transferring wisdom to Harry Potter. Not only with his son, Matthias’ passion is to transfer wisdom and knowledge and see other people growing. He loves to build capabilities in organizations. Matthias: “To teach people new ‘wizard tricks’ and see how they apply these in successful projects is such a rewarding moment!”
