During the training we start understanding the basics for data analysts using many practical examples and exercises. In a next step we focus on applying the techniques on daily challenges.
1. Session (4h): Foundations
- Statistical basics
- Introduction to Minitab
- Normal distribution and probability plot
2. Session (4h): Process control
- Types of variation
- Control Charts & Nelson
- Process capability: Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk
3. Session (4h): Data-based process analysis
- Cause and effect diagrams
- Hypothesis test (2-sample t-test, Chi² test)
- Simple linear regression
4. Session (4h): Apply what you have learned to your own cases
- Work through a challenging case study
- Solve at least one specific cases from your individual environment. Each participant to bring at least one data problem.
