After this course, the first thing you'll think about with any problem is which category it falls into: “shared kitchen” or “brewery”?
You will have internalized the basic principle for systematic problem solving, which is reflected in all problem solving methods, whether DMAIC, A3 or D8. We will teach the systematic approach and you will practice! After this course you will be able to deal even with any dragon.
