  • How are Cpk, Ppk related to yield and scrap? ​

INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

 

  • In a group of 5-10 people
  • Simulation: We produce bikes in our factory. Too much scrap, rework, too many deviations. It’s your job to measure ppk, and to identify levers to systematically improve process capability​
  • Learn to apply methods you have learned on a practical challenge​
  • Exchange of experiences 
  • Discuss your challenges and get practical instructions
