A course building on 100% digital learning, and on solving a case study. You will be discussing your challenges in a group. You will learn to apply new skills to work more systematically. ​

• How will business benefit from a deeper understanding of process capability? ​

• Intuitive: When do you speak of a stable process? ​
• How can I distinguish special cause variation from common cause variation, and which improvement strategy is effective for each?
• Statistical background to data distributions – options for visualization​
• What makes a process capable? ​
• When to work with Cpk / Ppk? ​
• How are Cpk, Ppk related to yield and scrap? ​
• Work with Cpk, Ppk to improve process capability​

INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

• In a group of 5-10 people
• Simulation: We produce bikes in our factory. Too much scrap, rework, too many deviations. It’s your job to measure ppk, and to identify levers to systematically improve process capability​
• Learn to apply methods you have learned on a practical challenge​
• Exchange of experiences 
• Discuss your challenges and get practical instructions

• First, you acquire the knowledge and skills with interactive, practice-oriented eLearning – at your own pace and when it suits you best.  You will receive digital access to our Learning Management System.​

• The application training in the group will be led by an experienced trainer and consultant from oConsulting. This is about concrete case studies, this is about practice.

• Exchange of experiences, personal feedback and initial on-the-job coaching are important to us. ​
