INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

During the training we start understanding the basics for data analysts using many practical examples and exercises. In a next step we focus on applying the techniques on daily challenges.​

1. Session (4h): Foundations​

• Statistical basics​
• Introduction to Minitab​
• Normal distribution and probability plot​

2. Session (4h): Process control​

• Types of variation​
• Control Charts & Nelson​
• Process capability: Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk​

3. Session (4h): Data-based process analysis​

• Cause and effect diagrams​
• Hypothesis test (2-sample t-test, Chi² test)​
• Simple linear regression

4. Session (4h): Apply what you have learned to your own cases​

• Work through a challenging case study​
• Solve at least one specific cases from your individual environment. Each participant to bring at least one data problem. ​

• For each training workshop, we provide you with digital eLearning to familiarize yourself with specific topics. This means you can learn at your own pace, when it suits you best and you will have a lot of fun. Because our eLearnings are interactive and experience-based.
