INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING

 

In the group we mainly work on case studies and try out working with the methods in role plays.​

It's about, among other things​:

  • Good feedback​
  • Leadership in shopfloor rounds, reflecting on roles​
  • Leading systematic improvement​
  • Improving discipline and - Introducing/maintaining standards​
  • Improvement across departments building on value stream thinking​

INFO ON THE COURSE​

 

  • First, you acquire the knowledge and skills with interactive, practice-oriented eLearning – at your own pace and when it suits you best.  You will receive digital access to our Learning Management System.​

  • The application training in the group will be led by an experienced trainer and consultant from oConsulting. This is about concrete case studies, this is about practice. Exchange of experiences, personal feedback and initial on-the-job coaching are important to us. ​

  • You decide for one of our open training session, or we will set a date for the group training session together.​

  • The trainings with instructor take place in groups. We set dates together.
